Consent to the processing of Personal Data when sending an application
On the basis of Articles 9, 11 of the Federal Law of 27 July 2006 No. 152-FL "On Personal Data", freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, I give specific, informed and conscious consent to the Joint-Stock Company "Special Economic Zone of Industrial Production Type "Alabuga", legal address: 423601, Republic of Tatarstan (Tatarstan), Yelabuzhsky district, Sh-2 str (SEZ Alabuga ter. ), bldg. 4/1 (hereinafter - the Operator) on automated processing of Personal Data, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of Personal Data, their verification, transfer to third parties for the purposes of identification of users of the website https://startworld.alabuga.ru/, providing access to the website functionality, personalization of the website services, promotion of employment and providing employment opportunities or other types of employment of the Operator or the Operator's subsidiaries, including rendering services / performing work by the website users to the Operator or the Operator's subsidiaries on the basis of a civil law contract, as well as conducting preliminary interviews for employment or other types of employment with the Operator or the Operator's subsidiaries, implementation of information support and processing requests, conducting research aimed at improving the quality of products and services of the website, and/or creating new products and services of the website.
I hereby consent to the processing of the following Personal Data:
- first name;
- last name;
- gender;
- subscriber's number (phone number);
- unique identifier in the Telegram messenger (nickname);
- e-mail address;
- date of birth;
- citizenship
- other information voluntarily provided by the data subject.
For the purposes specified in this consent, I freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, give specific, informed and conscious consent to the Operator to transfer my Personal Data to third parties that are subsidiaries of the Operator.
The subject of Personal Data has the right to withdraw this consent to the processing of his / her Personal Data by notifying the Operator in writing or by sending an electronic document signed with an electronic signature in accordance with the terms of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case the subject of Personal Data withdraws consent to the processing of his / her Personal Data, the Operator is obliged to stop processing or ensure the termination of such processing (if Personal Data processing is performed by another person acting on behalf of the Operator) and, if the preservation of Personal Data is no longer required for the purposes of Personal Data processing, destroy Personal Data or ensure their destruction (if Personal Data processing is performed by another person acting on behalf of the Operator) within the thirty day period after receiving the abovementioned withdrawal. If it is not possible to destroy Personal Data within the specified period, the Operator shall block such Personal Data or ensure their destruction (if Personal Data processing is carried out by another person acting on behalf of the Operator) and ensure destruction of Personal Data within a period not exceeding six months.
